H-FABP Test Kit (Immunofluorescence Method)

H-FABP is a new type of small cytoplasmic protein rich in the heart. In acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with very early onset, cytoplasmic H-FABP will be quickly released into the plasma, which can directly suggest the incidence of heart patients. H-FABP has a high degree of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, which can be used as a good biomarker for early detection of myocardial infarction. H-FABP levels also reflect the extent of early myocardial injury and are used to assess myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. In addition, H-FABP can be used for evaluating the prognosis of heart failure, predicting the risk of heart events in patients with mild chronic heart failure and taking active intervention.
The HIGHTOP H-FABP along with the HIGHTOP HTY-100 PLUS Reader is a fluorescence immunoassay that quantifies the total Heart-type Fatty Acid-Binding Protein (H-FABP) concentration in human serum/plasma.
