α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase α-HBDH is meanful for diagnosing cardic diseases and hepatitis. The normal value of α-HBDH is 90~220U/L(Enzemy Method, 37℃). However, if it goes high, it may means these diseases appear, such as acute myocardial infarction, pernicious anemia, hemolytic anemia,teratoma.leukemia, malignant lymphoma, infectious mononucleosis, etc. But if it goes down, these diseases appear, such as immunosuppressant, anticancer agent (LDA also decreased), hereditary variant ldh-h subtype . So α-HBDH detection is apperpriate for these patients with abdominal distension, abdominal pain, myocardial infarction, anemia, leukemia, cirrhosis ETC.
α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase α-HBDH Test kit is used for the quantitative detection of α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase α-HBDH in human serum.
