Lactate Dehydrogenase LDH mainly exists in renal. Tthe content go high mainly seen in hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver cancer, myocardial infarction, rhabdomyosis, myocarditis, malignancy, kidney disease, lung infarction, megaloblastic anemia, leukemia, malignant lymphoma, pregnancy, etc. Also it often used for distinguishing Leakage of liquid and exudate. If the content of LD in pleural effsion/ content of LD in serum >0.6, it is leakage.
Lactate Dehydrogenase LDH Test kit is used for the quantitative detection of Lactate Dehydrogenase LDH in human serum.
